Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 6:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same business day.

  • Processing Time: All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Transit Time: Most deliveries arrive within 4–7 business days after dispatch.


Shipping Methods

Many of our products ship via freight carriers using large trucks. If your order qualifies for freight delivery, you’ll be contacted to schedule a curbside drop-off appointment. Please ensure your phone number is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation email. When your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey right to your doorstep.


Need to Update Your Shipping Address?

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at support@preservedsupply.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes after this window may not be possible once your shipment is in progress.


Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem—orders can be canceled at any time before they are shipped. If the item has already left our warehouse, please refer to our Return Policy for next steps.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
