Refunds & Returns Policy
At Preserved Supply, your satisfaction is our top priority. We've crafted a clear, fair, and straightforward return process to ensure your experience remains worry-free.
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns beyond this time frame.
2. Return Shipping Costs

For Damaged or Defective Items: We cover all return shipping costs.

For Voluntary Returns (Change of Mind): You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
3. Damaged or Malfunctioning Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll issue a prepaid return label and once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll either ship a replacement or provide a full refund—including your original shipping charges.
4. Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You're welcome to return any unused, unopened product in its original packaging within 30 days. You’ll simply need to cover the return shipping. Once received and inspected, we’ll refund the product price excluding original shipping charges.
5. Refund Timeline
After we receive your return and verify its condition, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds are processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method. Note: banks and card issuers may take up to 10 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.

6. Restocking Fees
In certain cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the product or condition of the return. Our support team will inform you if this applies to your return.
