What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. However, if your item is damaged during transit, here’s what to do:

Inspect the Packaging: Upon delivery, check the box and packaging for any visible damage.

Document It: If you notice damage—or even suspect it—make a note on the delivery receipt. If you're unable to inspect the contents at that time, write "possible damage" when signing.
