The MRCOOL® 5th Generation 9K BTU 230V Advantage Condenser is a sustainable, cost-effective system designed to deliver the comfort you deserve. Offering up to 21.2 SEER2 and 9.1 HSPF2-4, it combines advanced performance with energy efficiency.

Requiring professional HVAC installation, this unit features R-454B refrigerant, an environmentally friendly upgrade from R-410A. With nearly 80% lower Global Warming Potential (GWP), R-454B reduces your carbon footprint while maintaining optimal efficiency throughout the system’s lifespan.

Ideal for spaces up to 400 sq. ft., the Advantage 9K operates quietly and comes packed with user-friendly features. The included Wi-Fi module allows easy control from your smartphone or through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant—so you can adjust your comfort without lifting a finger.
